Your initial proposal will be presented via PDF featuring captivating visuals, a detailed day-to-day itinerary, a weather guide, and all the important documents you'll need.
The pricing of your itinerary will be presented as a packaged price per person, clearly outlining inclusions and exclusions. Our proposal will also summarize the deposit and final payment costs, as well as provide an overview of the handpicked accommodations and activities tailored specifically for you.
Once you feel that your itinerary is perfect, we move forward with confirming services and addressing any special requests.
Approximately 7-10 days before your trip begins, you will receive your final documents.
